Grown by a community of certified organic smallholder farmers in the mountainous region of Planadas, Tolima, this coffee is cultivated at elevations of up to 2,050 masl. Nestled in the foothills of the Colombian Andes, the combination of volcanic soils, cool temperatures and steady rainfall creates ideal conditions for producing sweet, expressive coffees with remarkable clarity.

After harvest, ripe cherries are carefully selected, depulped, fermented and fully washed before being slowly dried in parabolic greenhouses for 10–18 days. The result is a clean, balanced cup with juicy blackberry, crisp apple acidity and smooth milk chocolate sweetness. Approachable yet characterful, this is a wonderfully versatile coffee that showcases everything we love about classic washed Colombian coffees.
