Grown in Ethiopia’s Gedeo Zone, this Grade 1 natural comes from the Worka Wuri washing station, where smallholder farmers cultivate heirloom varieties at elevations reaching 2,100 metres. High-altitude growing conditions, fertile soils and Ethiopia’s diverse genetic heritage create coffees with remarkable clarity, complexity and natural sweetness.

At Worka Wuri, only carefully selected ripe cherries are used before being slowly dried on raised African beds for around two weeks. Regular turning and careful monitoring help develop the fruit character of the coffee while keeping the cup clean and balanced, resulting in a vibrant and expressive natural with a silky body and lingering finish.
