Festive Guest is our limited edition Christmas guest release, sourced from smallholder farmers in Gaitania, Planadas, in the Tolima region of Colombia.
Produced in partnership with Azahar Coffee Company, this exceptional lot brings together coffees grown at 1,700–2,000 metres above sea level. The cherries undergo 38 hours of fermentation before being dried on raised African beds for eight days.
Expect an expressive cup with layers of ripe fruit, wine-like character and rich sweetness. Notes of orange wine bring a bright, complex acidity, balanced by the depth of dark chocolate covered cherries.
